What you should think about ......

1.) Inventory
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, many landlords like
to use an inventory. This is checked and signed by both parties
on the tenant's moving in and out.
We have provided an example here which you can alter as desired.

2.) Tenancy Agreement
On request we will gladly send an actual version of our tenancy agreement.

3.) Record of Transfer
A record of transfer is particularly useful when the landlord
cannot personally oversee the 'handing over' of the apartment.

according to your needs.

4.) Cleaning
We recommend that you include the services of a cleaning company in your
tenancy agreement.
Tenants usually like to take advantage of this so that they do not have to
deal with it personally and it ensures that the apartment is well looked-after.
