WohnRaumAgentur (Heike Ruwe Residential Lettings) was founded in 1995 with the aim of filling a gap in the market which existed between the open property market and the classical estate agent service.
Many institutions, employers and personnel management companies, and also private individuals, require competent and reliable advice and provision of fully furnished flats for limited periods of time.
The number of high quality, premium premises on the property market is quite limited. Since the discerning prospective tenant has specific requirements, the task of finding suitable premises alone can be a time-consuming, difficult and an all-too-often disappointing process.
Our team takes your needs seriously and organises everything from planning the move up to the move itself, and we offer a range of specially customised services.
From a database of currently around 1000 furnished apartments organised into various categories, we are able to present you with a selection of suitable properties. We do not specifically cater for "Student Digs", but nevertheless we believe we can offer you desirable apartments at very reasonable prices. We have personally vetted all our properties with great care, which is very important for potential tenants. It is our aim to provide you with a comfortable "home-from-home", one which suits your personal tastes and is in pleasant surroundings, rather than you having to tolerate living in a property in the style of a youth hostel.
The Procurement Contract
This is the most important link between you, as our customer, and us. This signed document is a legal requirement so that we can act on your behalf. It has been laid down by the government, and is binding on both parties.

The procurement contract includes no obligation to sign a tenancy contract. Should no tenancy contact be signed, no procurement charge will be made.
We are always happy to answer any informal enquiries you may have personally, but please understand that we cannot disclose the addresses of any premises or landlords without a contract having been signed.

All of the properties we offer have been viewed, thoroughly checked and evaluated according to our criteria.

Type, style, kind of building
Size, division of rooms, storeys
Balcony, patio/terrace, garden
Underground garage, parking spaces
Heating, lavatories, kitchen
Décor and furnishings: style, extent and condition
TV, radio, telecommunications
Cleaning, extra services
Landlord: private sector or estate agency
Value for money
Fixed-Term Tenancies
You decide the term of the tenancy.
Minimum term of the tenancy is one month.
Special arrangements: for example extension or early termination of the tenancy period, and reservations, may be possible, subject to the availability of the property.
Price Categories
The rent depends upon the size, décor and location of the premises, but the following table gives a general guide to the price range:

The procurement charge has not been included in the above table. The amount depends on the duration of the tenancy, however it never exceeds 1,35 times of the monthly rent (plus VAT).
