Charge
As soon as you have found your new home and have signed the tenancy
agreement, we make a small procurement charge. This is based on the monthly
rent, (either basic rent or a flat rate), and the tenancy period. Should the
tenancy period be 10 or more months the maximum charge remains at 1.5 times
the monthly rent (plus VAT).
The procurement charge depends upon the rent and the agreed tenancy period. The sum is calculated according to the following table:
