Offer After your inquiry you will get an offer of apartments within one hour wether by email or fax. If the offered flats are not of your taste you will of course get further offers from us. 3.) Appointments Before we can arrange all the appointments for the visits of apartments we need the complete filled in and signed procurement contract (PDF File) and a copy of your identity card/ passport (only if it is an inquiry of a private person). Please tell us the day and the period of time where you would like to make the visits. You will then get a complete timetable with all dates of the landlords/ landladies and the organised appointments. 4.)
