We market your property via our high-traffic website and on ImmobilienScout. In addition, we maintain a network of long-standing corporate clients (companies, banks in Frankfurt – see reference list).
Prospective tenants and buyers are selected based on YOUR requirements. We prepare the purchase and rental agreements. You will receive a valuation for your apartment or house in and around Frankfurt from us. We coordinate all appointments with interested parties who would like to buy or rent your property.
Our website is also available in English, so you will receive the property brochures translated. We conduct the negotiations and balance the parties’ interests.
