Agreements / Arrangements
With the entry into force of the Tenancy Law Amendment Act (MietNovG), the so-called ordering party principle was also introduced on June 1, 2015. This led to changes in commission regulations.
Now the tenant does not automatically bear the costs for the commission. The ordering party principle stipulates that whoever orders and engages the agent also pays them. The law is formulated in such a way that now the landlord who has engaged an agent is considered the “ordering party” in almost all cases and will therefore also pay the commission to the agent.
If you would like us to work for you and you offer us your apartment as a new listing or report a vacancy in an existing property, you have ordered us within the meaning of the law.
Please see below for the required agreements for furnished and unfurnished apartments as well as our additional services and our commission calculation.
