Important information for landlords
Your competent partner
We offer a wide range of apartments and houses of all sizes and specifications.
- You benefit from our strong contacts with banks and companies in Frankfurt and can secure your rental income, preferably through direct rentals to these reputable companies.
- Your property will only be viewed with prospective tenants we have identified as a good match for your property’s price-performance ratio. This saves you time and money.
- We provide professional support when negotiating the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- We are happy to share our experience with you. If, for example, your apartment is not yet furnished, we can provide useful tips on request. We know what your tenants expect.
Personal introduction
To ensure a good working relationship, we view all properties and then create an informative profile.
You will receive the profile of your apartment or house (furnished or unfurnished) immediately after our visit. The final brochure will be prepared in consultation with you.

So what happens next?
Prospective tenants never receive your phone number in advance. To arrange a viewing appointment, a member of our agency team will always contact you.
If the client decides on your property after the viewing and you agree to rent to them, WohnRaumAgentur will draw up the tenancy agreement and email it to you ready for signature. For countersignature and to arrange the handover appointment, the tenant expects you to contact them directly.
What you should keep in mind...
-
Inventory list / handover report
Please prepare thoroughly before renting out by creating an inventory list. If the tenant leaves defects after moving out, you must be able to prove them. Only if the tenant signs the inventory list when moving in and moving out do you have a chance of being reimbursed for the costs of remedying defects. The same applies to the handover report, in which any existing defects should already be recorded. -
Tenancy agreement
We use the latest tenancy agreement from “Haus und Grund”. This ensures we are always on the safe side legally. The tenancy agreement for furnished accommodation that we recommend includes the key points required for furnished rentals. It is based on the data from the “Haus und Grund” tenancy agreement.
