energy Performance Certificate
Because of the new energy saving regulations, which came effective on 01.05.2014, we would like to ask you if you have not already done so, to send us your energy certificate of your object , which we maintain in our database.
At the latest on the inspection the owner / resp. seller has to the show the tenant / resp. buyer the energy certificate. Otherwise a fine possibly becomes due.
