Procedure of the purchase

1. Inquiry / Offer


We search for the objects that match your search criteria best.


We will send you detailed exposés from the selected objects with information and photos.

2. Individual inspections / viewings

Please name us a day or a period of time when you would like to view the property. We will pick you up if you wish.

3. Purchase Agreement and notary

If you have chosen an object, we prepare  the purchase agreement with the notary and accompany you to the notarization appointment.

4. Commission

From December 23, 2020, new regulations regarding brokerage will apply to many real estate sales: The Bundestag and Bundesrat have passed the “Act on the Distribution of Broker Costs in the Brokerage of Purchase Contracts for Apartments and Single-Family Homes” (not for apartment buildings). The background to the new law is that (private) property buyers who want to fulfill their dream of owning their own home will in future be relieved of incidental purchasing costs. It was often common in Hesse that the buyer of a property had to pay the entire brokerage commission of approx. 5% plus VAT (5.95% gross), although the seller (also and initially) the real estate agent with the mediation of his Has commissioned the property. These costs are now shared equally between seller and buyer. If the buyer acquires a property in commercial activity, the distribution of the broker's commission may continue to be subject to other agreements.

  • Economic plan (for example: which remediation measures are planned)
